ORDERING

Choose the products you would like to purchase and submit them into shopping cart.

• In the shopping cart, you are able to update the quantity of the items and remove the unnessesary products.
• If you have finished adding the products, choose the delivery method and press “proceed to check out”.
• Please fill all the fields marked with an asterisk (*).
• Choose “Pick up myself”, if you would like to receive your order from FC Flora office. FC Flora office is located at A. Le Coq Arena, address Jalgpalli street 21, Tallinn (Gate no 4).
• If you prefer to receive your oder by parcel service in Estonia, please choose the suitable Itella Smartpost or Omniva parcel terminal.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All the prices at the FC Flora online store are in EUR.

After placing the order, you will reiceive an invoice by the e-mail. You are able to pay for the order by bank tranfer.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

You are able to pick up the order from FC Flora office (A. Le Coq Arena, Jalgpalli street 21, Tallinn) or receive a package from suitable parcel terminal in Estonia.

The delivery time for both options is 1 – 14 days. If you have chosen to pick up the order from FC Flora office, then you will be informed about the delivery status by the phone or e-mail.

RETURN POLICY

The return policy is regulated accordingly to the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Please find the detailed information from the Terms of Sale.
