Club -Children birthday parties

Birthday is only once a year and its uniqueness should be memorable!

Come and celebrate your childs (or why not your own!) birthday activly at the biggest stadium in Estonia!

Entertaining ball games according to participants, learning football stunts and tour at the National Stadium – are all the part of the Flora´s birthday party. Beside the opportunity to get a glimpse to the A. Le Coq Arena stadium, you have a chance to see the cups of the eleven time Champion of Estonia and ofcorse eat cake in the Flora club room.

Birthday package is valid for 20/30 childer, lasts 3 hours and includes:

• Party host is FC Flora Youth Coach or women team´s player (in case of 20 children there is one host, 21-30 children there are two hosts)
• 3 hours use of the club´s room (2,5h party duration, 2×15 min for preparation and cleaning)
• 1h 15min use of the sports field (according to the season, either artificial turf, grass or indoor hall)
• A. Le Coq Arena tour
• Cup for the birthdaychild and diplomas for all participants

Schedule:

• Prepering the room and gathering of the guests kogunemine (15 min)
• Activities for the participants (1h 15min)
• Tour of the National Stadium (15 min)
• Meal time in Flora club room (1h)
• Leaving of the guests and cleaning the club room (15 min)

For the birthday party, there is a Flora club room with sofas, tables, TV and a great view to A. Le Coq Arena turf:

We kindly ask to bring the disposable cups, plates, knives, forks and spoons by birthday organiser.

We recommend to order the party catering from our partner – Selver Köök.

The sports fields for the activities:

• Artificial turf Sportland Arena
• Artificial turf Nike Arena
• In winter period, artificial turf indoor hall (temperature inside indoor hall is the same as the outside, the difference is the absence of the wind and rain and snow)
• Flora grass pitch

Spacious free parking lot is located in front of the entrance.

Birthday party can be held in accordance to the availability of the club room and pitch. The availability will be confirmed to you by the club secretary within 2 working days after receiving of the registration form.

Terms and conditions of the rent and payment:

• The preperation and cleaning time of the club room is 2×15 minutes, duration of the party 2,5h. At the end of the pary, we kindly ask you to clean and vacate the club room on time.
• The organiser is allowed to bring the food and beverages that are consumed at the party. We kindly ask not to take food outside the club room (except water bottles to the activities), to ensure Klubiruumist toiduga väljumine ei ole lubatud (va joogipudelid treeningusse), to ensure the maintenance of the property of FC Flora and Estonian Football Association. FC Flora is entitled to claim full compensation for any damage of the property, in particular the value of restored property damaged by food.
• The booking fee is 50EUR. The booking fee invoice will be sent after confirmation of the date and time of the party between FC Flora and the customer and it has to be paid within 24 hours. The invoice for the rest of the amount will be sent by e-mail and the due date is 3 days proir the party.
• The reservation can be canceled up to 48h from the booking fee payment, on condition that there is at least 2 weeks until the event. In case of the later cancellation, the booking fee will not be refundable.
• By notifying FC Flora about the need to change the booked party time at least 24 hours before the event, it is allowed to postpone the party time once, in accordance of the availability of the venue.
